People Care is care for the people that make organizations go! This initiative provides resources to organizations who want to shift their culture to a healthy place to work. Staff and volunteers who work on the frontlines in marginalized communities need access to resources and environments that encourage self-care. By serving those with deep trauma, frontline workers are experiencing secondary trauma, thus need care that expands their capacity to be well.
